Welcome to my THIRD edition of my Honest Feedback special for the Gaming For Consoles community. In this third edition of the Honest Feedback Special here, I will discuss you in this edition about the annoying but continuous of SergeiM's pointless short-spammed messages in topics & private messages in any forum he goes to (INCLUDING his own... shocker!), the continuous of e-mailing + private messaging all his members in his OWN forums for no good reason about irrelevant circumstances beyond his control, promoting RANDOM members to staff, skins, continuous of recruiting members the WRONG way, and many more! So sit back, relax and enjoy the view, because the Honest Feedback Special edition is for those people, better than YOU, ESPECIALLY to sergeim. To Recap: Boy oh boy, where do I start from here? Oh yes. SergeiM. The obvious #1 problem with sergeim and the members complaining severely about him over and over repeatedly. The thing with sergeim is that he does NOT understand what the issues and problems revolving around him REALLY are. He really has a terrible problem stating the true fact that he is managing his OWN forums in POOR state and he asks his fellow forum members for assistance & help, which is fine, I can understand & get that, but he should NOT be overdoing it for his own pleasure. He needs to understand how to UNDERSTAND people's words, LISTEN to what the people are saying, and what they mean to him. He needs to listen to people's advice on how to improve this, how to improve that. He is lazy on listening, following advice and even being careless by himself by not CARE for his own health, safety, and well-being in general. The #1 thing he needs to work on are LISTENING to members and STOP being an attention seeker. Anyways, that is NOT the only thing he does for himself. He even continues to spam people with messages that people don't even understand about. He needs to know that his English skills here on the Internet ONLINE aren't really "impressive" to say the least, and he needs to work on his vocabulary skills (along with typing & tapping skills whether if he is on a computer or on mobile), especially in a forum community like this. He needs to stop pestering other members to join his forums, unless he asks them NICELY & POLITELY, in a POSITIVE way in order to even GAIN members and he also needs to stop spamming in EVERY forum he goes to. His lack of knowledge proves that he won't listen to the people... AT ALL! His so-called "bad attitude" in an innocent way is STILL somewhat scaring members off. To his knowledge, he isn't and STILL isn't aware of it. He needs to know that people need to earn their staff member privileges by following the rules and let them prove to someone like him (sergeim) that they are capable of doing so, and he isn't flawless on that department. He STILL continues on giving away FREE (ugh) random staff positions to people he does NOT even GOD DAMN know, so that people will take the pristine opportunity of HACKING / HIJACKING his OWN god damn forum(s) to shreds WITHOUT him knowing! Members definitely need to EARN, yes, EARN the right to become an official member of this forum community before any harm damage is to be made. They are a lot of interesting skins in this forum, and I suspect for a fact that sergeim is asking those "individuals" to make the skins for his forums, which is fine, because you need all the DESIGN you can possibly get to get it customized. Plus, staff management has to do all the dirty work in order to keep this forum clean, nice & tidy, but with sergeim's lack of experience in running a forum community, that is NOT the case here. Oh well, it is what it is!
